Aadhar Card Enrollment Camp – Dalwada & Mashal chowk

Dear Parents,

• We have Special Aadhar Card Enrollment Camp, organized by U.T. Administration of Daman, it is going to be held at Sunrise Champs School, Dalwada & Mashal Chowk on 26th July 2019 (tomorrow) for Pre- school to Std VIII students.
•  Timings will be as follows: –
• For Dalwada – 8.30 am to 11.00 am. (after 11.00 am enrollment will not be allowed).
• For Mashal Chowk – 11.30 to 3.30 pm (after 3.30 pm enrollment will not be allowed).
•  Students who do not have Aadhar Card will have to get enrolled compulsorily for which documents required are as given below: – (please come with below documents)1) Parents Aadhar card original copy 2)   Birth certificate original copy.
• Students who need to upgrade or have some corrections in their current Adhaar card will also have to come with their parents and relevant original documents for correction process.
•  Parents have to be present compulsorily for the enrollment / correction process tomorrow without fail.For any further queries contact school admin office.
